Vendedor BTC

Buenos días tengo vendedor real y confiable de BTC, adjunto procedimiento:

 

1. The Parties intend to transact on a sale purchase of Bitcoin 

2. The purpose of the contract is for thé buyer  to purchase an initial .........BTC at market rates premium of 10% with rolls and extensions. 

3. Prior to transacting, both parties must execute the Coin Purchase Agreement and agree to the procedures in this Term Sheet which will be an addendum to the Coin Purchase Agreement. All due diligence of all parties involved at that moment will be completed. 

4. The Seller will confirm via wallet address that the BTC are available in his wallet. 

5. Once the BTC has been confirmed in the Seller’s wallet, buyer sends the first trance to purchase to the the designated wallet or attorney escrow wallet 

6. Seller will then transfer the BTC to the buyer s designated wallet per the contract. At that moment Buyer and seller  will agree to a price based on the XBX Index on Tradeblock.com less the agreed price. 

7. After three confirmations on the Blockchain of the ......BTC transfer to the Buyer s designated wallet, The Buyer and Seller will continue with the next tranche.
